Es el Quijote y Sancho, con los ojos vendados,  montados en Clavileño.  El que la raya sea blanca obedece a un despiste: La plancha estuvo demasiado tiempo en el del ácido  y las líneas  tomaron mucha profundidad. Por tanto, es un grabado fuera de lo común. Precio 60 €

34 Alegoria al amor o Nereida y fauno

Nereida y fauno o alegoría al amor. Grabado calcográfico en azul violáceo de 20.15 cm . Edición de 30 unidades. Precio 40 € libre de gastos de envío en la península. También se editará en otros colores.
Ambos personajes son dos seres del mundo de la mitología. Las nereidas representan los acontecimientos del mar. Al fauno  se le consideraba una divinidad campestre de los romanos, semejante al sátiro de la mitología griega.  Protegían loe rebaños  y personificaban la fecundidad de la naturaleza. Me he permitido juntar a los dos en las rocas bañadas por el mar en esta estampa. Se ofrece más información en la página de Mitos y leyendas.

Both characters are two beings in the world of mythology. Las Nereidas represent the events of the sea. The fauno was considered a divinity campestre of the romans, similar to the Satyr in Greek mythology. Protected loe herds and personificaban the fruitfulness of the nature.
